Jean

Hello Satori readers! My name is Jean from Flower Hill Design and I am thrilled to be a part of Shauna’s Designer Challenge Series! When Shauna first sent me three console table choices I was immediately drawn to the charming Long Wood European Console from Wisteria.

The beautiful lines, functional drawers and shelves make this piece the perfect addition for an entryway designed for a busy family.

I immediately envisioned the rustic wood of the console table paired with layered rugs like the Biscayne Pecan Rug and Zebra hide from West Elm shown. By far my favorite element in the space is the Goddess Green Chandelier. Isn’t the name so fitting?  It adds the perfect touch of color and sparkle (because in my opinion every room needs a little sparkle) and is the inspiration for the green accessories throughout including the geo print pillow pair.

Jean, thank you for taking the time to put this together. I absolutely adore what you did with the console table, and I’d love for it to be the first thing anyone would see when I open my front door (including myself)! You’re right- that light fixture is amazing!

What do you think? Which console table would you choose and what would you do with it? I’d love to know.
