Wash and dry strawberries, raspberries and mint and transfer to a large blender (I use a Vitamix). Pour in water plus tea and honey mixture. Blend on high until smooth. (For smaller blenders, pour the tea to the fill line, blend, then stir in the remaining liquid after you transfer it to the pitcher.)
Before serving, give it a quick stir as there may be some settling. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
