Fill mug or glass (16 oz.) quarter way with ice. Top with rum.
Add ground cinnamon, lemon juice, maple syrup and apple cider. Stir.
Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick.
For a hot version, heat apple cider in microwave or stovetop before adding to mug.
