Ingredients
½ cupgreen pitted olives
¼ cuppitted kalamata olives
¼ cupalmonds
½ teaspooncapers
1tablespoonlemon zest
½ tablespoonlemon juice
¼ teaspoongarlic powder
¼ teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the desired consistency is reached. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
We like to eat this tapenade on bread or crackers with a layer of cream cheese or goat's cheese.
