Ingredients
½cupfrozen chopped rhubarb
¼cupplain greek yogurt
1cupunsweetened almond milkor milk of choice
¼teaspooncinnamon
3tablespoonscooked oatmealrolled or steel cut
½teaspoonground flax
1tablespoonhoney
few small ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or Vitamix and combine until smooth. Depending on the tartness of the rhubarb, you may need to adjust the honey. Enjoy!
